Summary: Let's start with the greeting. Don't want to mention that the airlines lost my luggage but it is what it is. Chris and Face helped me to obtain clothes and toiletries due to the fact i had nothing. They made me feel safe and comfortable. The rating chart is too low if i could i wold give them 10 stars. This nice quiet family owned resort is kind and compassionate They make you feel like you're apart of their family. Thabk you for you kindness.

Summary: Check in was smooth and they provided options of available rooms to choose from. The place was very run down but the view was nice and there was a pac man machine in the room which my 8 year old liked. There was no fridge, no microwave, no kettle or coffee pot, no bottled water in the room or at the front desk, and soap provided was labeled as laundry soap. The only part of the room that appeared clean were the sheets thankfully.

Summary: Great view from balcony! No food on site but excellent recommendation with Peppers restaurant walking distance block away. Air conditioner was working but did without nevertheless.

Summary: The property has a lot of potential to be great but needs tlc. The sights overlooking Jamaica are breathtaking. The bedding was not clean and the room needs updating.
